Bell joins English UK’s Shakespeare Lives campaign

Bell is excited to be part of the Shakespeare Lives campaign, a joint venture between English UK and the British Council which celebrates the live and work of William Shakespeare, and his influence on the English language

Shakespeare Lives. English UK and British Council.

Launching this month in Latin America, Shakespeare Livesis inviting Spanish-speaking students to enter a competition to win a fully-funded English course in the UK. There will be nine lucky winners who will travel to the UK for a three-week course in February 2017 at English UK member centres across the country, including Bell Cambridge.

To enter students are being asked to get creative, using their imagination to produce a short video in English, which inspires other English language learners to discover Shakespeare.  The aim is to produce something attention-grabbing as the 30 most viewed YouTube videos will go through to final, and from these 30 the nine winners will be chosen.

Bell will follow the journey of the winner at Bell Cambridge and will share their experience on the website and social media.
